Am I the only one who thinks that salads can add up in calories fast? I just made a salad for lunch (lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cranberries, sprinkle of parm cheese, almonds, cukes, and a drizzle of lite casear dressing) and I’m having a small Activia yogurt with it. That’s like 500+ calories on MyFitnessPal. I wish I hadn’t opened the yogurt.
I just want a healthy, low cal, filling meal! Now I have to make it until dinner tonight because I have 600cals left and my aunt and I are going for sushi :/
